reneemartine347 @soriag thank you, I'm learning something new everyday I'm trying hard to build my closet and make sales, I saw this size 10 leather jacket to a lady on here and she said she was a size 10 and when she tried on the jacket at home she said it was too snug on her but she wanted it anyway cuz she was going to resell the jacket, I gave it to her real low price and then she only gave me one star.

soriag @reneemartine347 If I was in your position, I would: 1) block her so she can’t buy anything else from you, 2) email support because if it didn’t fit, then she should return it. she is abusing negatively the ability to write feedback for the seller. From my experience, if she bought it cheap, and she doesn’t want to return it, then she is planning to make money off of your item. Not cool

reneemartine347 @soriag it's been awhile since I've talked to you but I have another question is it okay to block somebody I lower the price on a sweater set for a lady and then when she got back to me she was all picky about any snags or stands or could you measure this and why haven't I commented and got back to her and I just shot her a quick note that I was at school and I'd measure it and answer all her question later.
