sh0rtydu0p Hi Renee - thank you very much for your purchase last night. I unpackaged the costume to take pictures & ship, but noticed that the bear-face piece is not in the package! The hooded suit and 2 paws are there, but not the bear face piece - I am so sorry about this. I've sold a number of costumes and items and never had that before! I checked my listing photo and wasn't shown there so I'm thinking it must've been missing when I got it, but will double-check all of my bins and be back in touch.

sh0rtydu0p If I do not have it and you do not want this anymore, and want me to cancel, I will absolutely do so. But, if you can make the costume work with the 3 pieces I will ship (and throw in a free item to cover the difference in cost/price owed to you) - stay tuned and sorry again.

sh0rtydu0p Hi Renee - I am truly sorry for the inconvenience, but please reply ASAP. I don't know what to do - I don't want to ship the costume (and you be disappointed) or cancel the order (and you be disappointed), without speaking with you first. I will do whatever you want, but if I don't hear back in a day or so, I feel I have no choice but to cancel the order, to err on the side of caution.
