hummbaby2 Hi - thanks for the offer on the Tom’s Shoes ($15.00 plus your $7.95 shipping = $23.00) but the $15.00 less PM’s cut makes my profit too low, so I countered your offer. I believe that when you don’t accept an offer with PM paid discounted shipping and you send a lower offer you lose the shipping discount - which in this case was money from PM and didn’t impact the my seller’s profit (and lowered your buyer’s shipping cost).
