Just wanted to welcome you to Poshmark. I haven't been doing this too long, but it's been super-fun & educational. My best advice to you is to as transparent in your listings as possible; to write sincere notes/cards when you ship items, and to ship them as fast as possible - the same day, or the next morning if the sale comes at night. Canada Post is super-slow now, so by shipping ASAP, at least the buyer knows you tried. Good luck, and have fun!
