Hi! I saw your post on the pajamas and just wanted to make sure you knew for future that if an item is not as described — do NOT accept it. There is an option to open a case. Poshmark will refund your money and send you a label to return it. You don’t have to keep something that has flaws not disclosed in the listing. I am sorry that happened to you. Happens to me too and is so disappointing.

@remydemy it has happened to me a lot. I just wanted to make sure you knew about the return process. As long as you don’t accept it, you can open a case. If there was a flaw not disclosed, posh almost always lets you return it for a refund. I have purchased a lot of sweaters with undisclosed moth holes sadly 😒
