Hi there - Sorry you were unhappy with the ship time for your Kate Spade cat wallet. I always try to send my items ASAP. You ordered on 10/13 which was a Sunday and 10/14 was a holiday and postal services closed. This item was mailed on 10/15 at my first opportunity! I hope you enjoy it!
