jillianmd74 hello. I contacted customer support about initiating a return on your behalf. I am not sure what the protocol is, but I informed them I would be happy to accept the return. when I receive a reply I will inform you of what they say. perhaps you should also ask what to do. again, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. how a hologram went bad is beyond my understanding, they worked when I shipped them. worst case senerio you can ship them directly to me and I can zelle you a refund
