pixiedustpj Hi there!!! I am so happy you found a kate spade item you liked. It is definitely cozy, which is seriously needed. Even me, in Florida, am going to be cold tonight...going down to 40s Help!!! I will have this sent out tomorrow. USPS has been acting weird...One day I sent three packages and one got there THREE days before the other ones. I will let you know when it is officially shipped. Thank you so much!!!

renli_reynolds I received the item but it is not the bath mat that I ordered. It's a fleece throw blanket. I thought I was ordering a 21x34 bath mat.

pixiedustpj @renli_reynolds I apologize profusely I am so sorry. I made one shopping trip where I bought the same pattern bathmat and fleece blankets. And when posting them I counted wrong. So I’ve missed took the amount of bathmats I had versus blankets. I will do whatever you and posh Mark decide. If you would like to keep the blanket I am more than happy to let you keep it and not charge you anything. I would like you to keep it with my compliments.

pixiedustpj I hate that this is your first experience with Poshmark. I wish you would read my reviews and they are straight fives except for one order out of I don’t know a couple hundred and then she ended up buying some thing else for me later. I sent her a Amazon gift card to make up for the money she lost.I don’t know what posh Mark is going to decide. But I am really sad that you were disappointed and I was the one to disappoint you.

pixiedustpj I will wait for whatever they have to say they just sent me an email saying not to send the object. Sigh. I responded saying I already sent it and you were the one to discover the error. I also told them I would want you to keep it and get your money back. Your full money back. I will do my best to make it right for you.

pixiedustpj Unfortunately I have to wait for their response. They obviously don’t understand or why would they send me an email saying not to mail they object. I just have to wait for their decision. But I will make it right for you no matter what they decide. I apologize profusely this does not happen. This was an honest mistake and you were hurt because of it.I asked them to refund your money.
