Hi Renee, I can't do anything on my end about it. It just simply says payment issue and there's no button for me to press to change that. Most likely you'll have to just go back and start from scratch like you're going to buy it. If the order had actually going through there's a way to cancel it but the order never went through. XO Amy

@tanadrennan1214 they were tight on my feet when I looked on the inside it looked like it said a 7/ M but the box said 7.5 when I wore them around the house they started to losen up, they are ok now I have sent Posh support a email to ket them know Im going to keep them ok. Thanks
