Meet your Posher, Rent the Runway

Welcome to the Rent the Runway Poshmark store. Once inside our limitless designer rental closet, these styles are now ready for a second life, to be purchased and loved forever. This store is managed by our RTR Customer Experience team, and we’re thrilled to be sharing some of our favorite designer brands and trends with you! We’ll be here Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST, ready to answer styling or sizing questions (we will try to respond within 24 hours). We are looking forward to sharing our closet with you! Rent the Runway Posher Policies: 1. RTR business hours are M-F 9-5 ET. We will try to respond within 24-48 hours. 2. Orders will ship out 5 days after the order is received. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Tuesday. All sales are final. 3. All inventory has been previously rented and worn by the RTR community. Each item has been carefully inspected to ensure no defects, as well as thoroughly cleaned and pressed. 4. Images are not of the exact garment you are purchasing. 5. RTR is unable to ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and any PO Box.
