I have contacted Poshmark through email today after they closed the case without reading our solution in the Chat. Just don't ship the item out yet and bear with me while I am trying to done this with Poshmark. You could help it by sending them an email too.

@renzocga Poshmark just replied me and they said they don't offer partial refund. However, there are way we can work around it. You can just send me an empty box (using the Poshmark return label) and quickpay me at "504 seven zero one 5211" or you can send me the item back and I will relist it, then I will tag you in and you can offer me $75. As long as you could give us full positive feedback, then we will keep our promise and give you the deal that you wanted! Hope to hear from you soon.

@renzocga you have to send it back soon using Poshmark label. Otherwise they will close the case without the refund when the exp. date passed.
