helenyan16 I just saw your rating. Why didn't you open a ticket? I don't feel right and it's not right what happened. Poshmark has a guarantee as long as seller was not negligent it should be covered. I think you should open a ticket. :(. These carriers are the worst.

reptilev @helenyan16 I just did, I was in the hospital and just was able to open the package and saw the state of it. and it's sad because you prepared the package neatly, and with great care. I'm guessing they dropped it or something because the box was not crushed. I sent poshmark a picture. I'm grateful for your care on the package.
