josenogue can u just CANCEL the order??? Since you have the shoes your NOT losing anything. This has become way too complicated!! I can either try and purchase again or we can leave it alone. But I need my funds to be taken off Hold!

I will look into the option to cancel. I am not sure if that's an option right now. Thank you for your continued patience as I try to help resolve the issue (btw I didn't create). josenogue @mrsrljohnson as long as you haven't shipped the shoes CANCELING is always an option. You can put that u changed your mind OR you can't find the item. And FYI NOONE has blamed YOU and NOONE is yelling.. so the redirect my frustration comment is unnecessary! all I've done is ask BASIC questions and give Common sense Suggestions! Just like YOU... I'd like to put this ANNOYING back and forth to an END. It is Most definitely NOT worth it for a pair of used Jordan's! Good evening to u! 🙏🏼

mrsrljohnson @josenogue I started the part about yelling because, that's what all CAPS implies. Your "common sense suggestion," again was irrelevant (to my situation) & unnecessary. Things will get worked out soon one way or the other. It has been a joy doing business with you.

josenogue @mrsrljohnson CANCELING would've been the FIRST thing i would've tried in YOUR situation! So to ME it IS common sense! 🤷🏼‍♂️ And not one "whole sentence" was in ALL CAPS! Only certain words.. and that was to imply EMPHASIS! Not suggest YELLING! 🤦🏼‍♂️ So again.. Good evening.. and let's please PUSH to resolve this so we can do what we're on here for... mrsrljohnson That makes two of us. The response I received from Poshmark just recently (from my 2nd request for a new Label) was irrelevant and did not even pertain to this issue -The Email was detailing to me the Seller to Report a defect with the order I received. Idk what's going on at this point but I replied accordingly and with a pic the returned package.
