gsbslapshot @teamcozy Rex, I sent them out yesterday with the USPS. I’ve already reached out to poshmark earlier today to alert them that the tracking hasn’t clicked in yet. It’s very strange bc I dropped off your order at the same time with another poshmark package yesterday and strangely the other pair DELIVERED today. I’m waiting for feedback from poshmark who is investigating further with the USPS.

gsbslapshot Poshmark responded saying “they’re looking into it with the USPS and to continue checking back and monitoring the tracking info for the next week until 5/8” Let’s both do that and stay tied in and in close contact to ensure it makes it way to you safely. Again, the other package I shipped from the same spot office yesterday (somehow?) delivered today.

gsbslapshot @teamcozy latest update is that they attempted delivery this early this morning but as of an hour ago they said “no access” you may need to make a note to advise the USPS on how/where to leave the package if you’re in a larger building or condo. Not sure? But, trying to help us confirm everything went smooth in transit & they made it to DE safely. Cheers

gsbslapshot @teamcozy gotcha- didn’t understand that this wasn’t a residential location at first. I’d guess they’d try to deliver again today. But, I am going off of the same tracking updates as you are. So, let’s just continue to monitor closely. Hoping they arrive today. Please let me know once you’ve received them!

gsbslapshot @teamcozy it’s clearly with the postal service. You should keep monitoring the tracking progressions. At this point there is literally nothing I can do aside from direct you to instruct them on how to access your 3rd party drop box. I reached out to customer service already on this for ya tho and I am happy to escalate again after 1 week. You can do the same on your end if you wish. We are in the same boat here. Thanks for your patience!
