geneticmisfit Hi. I was the purchaser and assure you I am real. I think what happened is that I was using affirm for payment and when I went through the zillion steps to order the software made me sign into google which has a different email. Anyhow, I am sorry about the message as I interpreted the denial email as the bag was not real. I was purchasing for daughter’s graduation. Purchased on real real so in the end it’s good for my daughter. Lastly, I apologize again for the negative note and inconvenience.
