sugarbutty I'm Sorry I did send a message through the sold listing but you didn't get it. The return address on package is mine and you can put on wrong "address" to mailman Not sure if it costs anything please let me know. I contacted support and explained the problem but not heard back yet. I have a few likes from you for the same shoes, is that correct or do you think it is a mystery as well? T/Y Holly

gizmogurl @britmat8 you sold me the yellow Dr Martens sleepers and that's how you got my address. I realized that after the fact scrolling through your items for sale. The reason I liked the shoes I received by mistake is for me to find them easily for reference purposes. I will go to the post office and try your suggestion. I'll let you know what happens.

sugarbutty Hi, OMG support mess me said there still at post office!! Can you still see my return address on I can't find a way to get real buyers address so I downloaded another of the same label and it said Laura Kalar SC is that you? I took it right from the sold info for the funny finger toes!

gizmogurl @britmat8 alright Holy, I just went to the post office and in order for me to send the shoes back to you it's $8.00 the lady said. You got to find out who is who and contact the customer service. 1. I don't want to get charged for these shoes, and 2. Ask the customer service to generate a shipping label on your behalf and send it to me so I can send the shoes back to you. Just let me know. I'm sure you want these shoes back ASAP.

sugarbutty Hi yes I am in touch with them but they take so long to get back to me. I will make sure you get a label and that you haven't been charged anything. Surprised the real buyer hasn't contacted me at all. Do you see any charges from your account?. Bizzare how your address comes up when I ask for a new label Then hers is the 30th June when she supposedly bought them on 14th August. So sorry you are having to deal with this, such a pain😬

gizmogurl Hi Holly, it is not a pain at all. That's another thing that customer service can help you is to be able to get through to the buyer. Also, make sure that the buyer did not cancel the order and check if in fact you received any money. I checked my account and don't see a charge. Maybe I was your last purchase before the skeletoe shoes and that's why I appear. We'll find out. I have had great luck in customer service getting back to me in no time before so maybe be persistent with them.

sugarbutty Thank you so much for the understanding I feel really bad that this happened to you. I tried to contact the buyer again but no response. Sent an urgent message to support again yesterday and I received an email from support and they said they are sending you a label to send the shoes to the buyer. I so hope you have it please let me know if you don't. Thank you again for your kindness. Holly
