shannon_dennis @duke33 I’m so sorry. You will need to go into the app and instead of hitting “accept order” you will to click on “problem” underneath it. Then click on “item not as described”. The other woman will do the same thing. This way Poshmark will send you both a new label to ship the items directly to each other so it doesn’t have to go back through me and take longer. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!
