You gotta remember that you're selling used clothes, unless you are posting new with tags. Plus when you take the shipping into account, some things aren't worth more to me than the total amount I'd be spending. PLUS, why not start low and negotiate your way up?? If that wasn't how this worked, the site wouldnt have that option to counter offers and accept or decline them, with a minimum amount to begin with.

I'm sorry if you are offended but if you'd rather wait and see if someone wants your product bad enough to pay more, or not bother negotiating, just politely decline.

@rhianna43 girl used doesn’t mean ratty. And items that are VS listed for $13 for a set is not too much. U need to hit up marketplace on Facebook or grow up. It’s rude to offer someone three dollars on a $13 item in great condition and name brand. That’s ur discount lol u r way out of ur element. It would cost more than a nickel in gas, tape, time, etc. u as the BUYER need to take into account ur shipping and Poshmark’s fee has nothing to do with what i make. Get lost offering a nickel. Ur rude

@stephcoller I have had many people send me things off of offers like that. And many who just decline and move on. No $13 is not too much for a set, I would have gladly paid. But once again it's called negotiating for a reason so yeah I'm gonna start at the minimum, that's why this site has that option to go back and forth. Once again I said I'm sorry if you're offended, I was just trying to explain myself, not start an argument with some stranger that is "rude" and "needs to grow up".

And for the record, If you decline my low offer right away, I dont continue to make an offer by adding the next dollar up, that would be an insult. Some people negotiate me all the way up to their original asking price, and I pay it. It's just how it goes.

So the VS Silk PJ set is brand new with tags. And I personally paid $89 plus tax...so offering $10 on a Victoria’s Secret very sexy line is ludicrous, you do realize that my earnings would be less the $5 right?

@mdmosher23 no I did not. I dont sell things on here, I just buy alot. And as you can see from my previous spat with another seller, I just negotiate low and go all the way up until it's not worth it to me anymore. Unless a seller declines me right from the start.

@alinaahmad315 no that means that I'm offering to pay $40 total for them. You can counter a different price and then we would usually go back and forth doing that until we agree on a price for them. Until you hit a price that you dont want to offer me any lower on you can counter that same price or just decline the negotiation all together. Make sense?? I like to look at it all like a big negotiation game, and somethings you can get really good deals on!
