jodihorwart Rhonda, I packed up the 5 pairs of shoes and it weighed almost 7 lbs! I went ahead and mailed them all but the soft shoes.it will cost me another 5 -7 $ to mail that pair.not sure how to handle this situation.can you help? Thanks, Jodi

jodihorwart @designparade I guess I should have upgraded my label and mail them all together but it was going to cost me more for the extra postage than the one pair of shoes cost. I will just have to stick them in the mail myself they may be a couple days later than the others. Sorry I just didn't plan that right

tinacrooks designparade I didn't want to return, I just wanted you to respond to a message! So I knew wether to go ahead and accept my item or not. The set was just too big :( I didn't even try on. I could just tell by looking. I just didn't know if there was some way to exchange my set for a large. If not, I would have accepted and then bought a large set but you wouldn't answer or respond and then when you do you just direct me to the "rules".

azakut Hello- I am not sure where you obtained the Bare brand wetsuit I purchased but the size was clearly not a woman’s size. It is a child’s wetsuit. I should have asked for measurements.
