kelli_amis @rhondadye Hi Rhonda, I just shipped your shoes. My thank you cards are buried under presents in the car. I hand wrote a note. I apologize. It’s not my style, but written from the heart!! I noticed a bit of discoloration on the inside heel of one shoe. They’re pre-loved and show signs of wear. The outsides of both shoes are great. However if you’re in anyway displeased, please let me know. I’ll gladly take them back. I’m sorry I missed it. Merry Christmas! and God Bless you and Yours.

Nothing can be done outside of the app. I believe you go under the order to report the problem. Please let me know if I can help.
