lauragneve @rhosimon good evening, in response to cropping your photos..you can take the photo further away so you get the entire item in the photo then you zoom in & crop from there...I hope that helps!!! I love the lace up boots! I’ve been searching for black lace up boots so when u get the chance if you can take a photo of the whole boot I would appreciate it! Thanks so much! Laura

vettnerscloset @rhosimon To be honest I have never had the post office charge me for more. I once mailed a package that weighed 11 lbs and they never charged me. But with that being said the extra shipping is for the customer to pay. If it’s multiple items split it up. If not then adjust the price of the item to include the extra shipping fees. I hope this helps!
