lkchicchic Hi @mekomann - I’m quite surprised that you gave a 1 star rating to your purchase from me. The tag clearly states the pants are a size 8. They are brand new and were accurately listed. You also got a great deal based the retail price and the fact that the style is sold out. Penalizing me and my posh business’s bc they don’t fit you is not my fault.

mekomann @laurai If you want them back, I’ll happily return them. I just know I should have asked for measurements. I have a pair of 8 tall and 10 tall. The measurement for the size 8 I received from you was the same as the 10’s with the exception of length. I’ve bought enough Athleta to know sizes are not exactly the same. But...maybe that’s why you sold them at a reduced price. Hey if you have the receipt from Athleta, you can return for full price?

lkchicchic @mekomann if you can work with Poshmark to return them or want to pay for the shipping to return them to me I will accept. If you know Athleta sizing is variable why would you give me a 1 star? That is not my fault and hurts my business. I’m asking you to please update your score.

lkchicchic @mekomann I was selling at a discount bc Athleta sent me pants by mistake and told me to keep them rather than return. I Accepted a discounted price bc 1. It’s the holidays where every store is running percentage off, so the price you paid is in line with a deal you could get around Black Friday. 2. I wasn’t going to be greedy with something I didn’t pay full price for.

mekomann I changed your rating. I’ve been screwed over before from a posher. I bought a med tall and by measurements it was a medium petite. Poshmark said I should have gotten measurements and they would do nothing. I know they’ll do nothing in this case, so I’ll have to try and re-sell joggers myself. They are too big. Thanks for responding.
