shoelover712 Hey there. The shoes you purchased from me I had purchased from Neiman Marcus. I really wish you wouldn’t have left me a horrible comment stating that sold you a non authentic item without checking first. It’s not fair to make those assumptions about a seller without evidential support. Sorry that you were disappointed, you could’ve just returned them to me if you didn’t like them. Thank you for your purchase but the terrible rating and public comment was not necessary. **communication is key**

rhondakirness @shoelover712 I am sorry, I didn’t think the review was horrible. I compared theses shoes to my own authentic shoes and the utube videos and there were differences. I have learned CLB shoes never have a seam on the instep. If I am mistaken, my apologies. I thought maybe you bought them and didn’t know. I live too far away from the border to make it worth a trip back to return them:)
