Hello! 👋I was just prepping the boots to ship out to you - I am just noticing that the zipper on the right shoe does not open all the way. It gets stuck about 3” from the end. I am SO sorry - if you would prefer to cancel your purchase, I more than understand. Again, my sincere apologies 😔

👋 Hello! I have the boots that you purchased from my closet (THANK YOU!) ready to ship. I had written you earlier to let you know that as I was prepping them I noticed that the zipper gets stuck, which I was not aware of when I initially posted the photos of the boots. I absolutely apologize and absolutely do not want to mislead you in any way. If you would like to cancel the order I more than understand!
