August has only brought me two so far. I really thought back to school would be great for sales, but there hasn't been people going back to school. 😕 I went back to work mid July. threads4living @maillady911 Hi Jamie, is your top a Jr's? I do have some lucky brand tops that are viscose and I have been lucky not having to iron yet. I hang dry, then toss it in the dryer with an already dry load to fluff out wrinkles. But you are right about the breathable fabric. Viscose, like polyester are hot to wear. Not so good in the heat. 😬

But Spring and Summer months were good with just natural light and a little brightening up using my phone app.😊 I am back working...😷 Which doesn't leave me as much time to post. threads4living @kerr2to3 Hi Kerri, I see you have two different accounts! Yes, the dress you purchased yesterday from your older account is packaged up and I will be dropping it off to ship today. Sunday does not count as a ship day, so you will probably receive it Monday or Tuesday. Once the package is scanned at post office, you will have a tracking number you can follow it. I hope that helps! 😊

They almost got me on a $200 pair of sneakers but after I saw that after 3 days they didn’t ship the shoes I asked Posh to step in but at first they did not. After I looked at the bogus closet and saw they had all these same shoes in several listing saying "sold" but I saw no activity on the closet I knew something was up. I asked posh again to return my money

nizdawiz @threads4living since it had been 6 days and finally they did but I told them they should look at accts. like these because what else I was seeing is that every time I would list an item they would do a bunch of shares on my items with all of these fake accts. and it seems like more of them piping up every day. But Posh doesn’t seem to care because they are not looking at these accts at all. They just told me that after 6 days if they don’t ship they will cancel sale

nizdawiz @threads4living and return your money but what bothers me is at some point Posh will lose too much money doing this and I’m sure they’re going to raise their fees or shipping which is already too high if someone buys a handkerchief and that’s it. The biggest issues already for sellers is buyers paying a lot for shipping. So anyway I get it now and I’m sure others will read your post and benefit as well. Thanks so much for your leg work:)🙂

threads4living @nizdawiz So glad to hear that you were refunded! Not so lucky for another gal I've been helping. Poshmark ignored her! She was even unable to cancel her order on the 8th day from purchase! That option never posted for her. So now the scammers have shipped and the package is having delivery problems because of the bogus shipping address they put on her package. I told her to message USPS and have the package returned to sender. I'm just not sure how she is going to get refunded now. 🙁

threads4living @nizdawiz I believe the scammers mess up the return address too. That way they can claim a lost package. I believe they have a very sophisticated method of scamming. I don't know 100% how they are doing this. No other platform is allowing this large of a scam network. It's going to take some lawsuits by the original designers to stop this. I'm am disgusted that Poshmark is allowing this. This really hurts all the real sellers. I hear many are leaving. 😞

nizdawiz @threads4living Well I’ve sent your message out to a ton of people and so far at least 20 people have contacted me thanking me… but I said no no this is fr Rhonda, I’m just passing the word hoping to save some people. I think a lot of people haven’t faired as well as we have. I just hope Posh steps in soon to shut down these accounts. We are in a world of analytics now so I can’t understand why some sort of algorithm can’t be put in place to help curb this🙂

threads4living @monistylist Hi Monica! Always check the sellers profile. They should be a closet with some history. Lots of different items for sale. Not just high end items only. And love notes from customers! These scam accounts are only a few months old. Have zero feedback/love notes from buyers. And the name and account names are odd too! The background settings are all different. I'll see different wood floors and then tile and different carpeting. A lot of these photos are stolen from other sellers.

threads4living @monistylist I looked up white Dr. Martens in all categories and don't see all the fake scammer closets. I flagged about 50 of them and they are all gone now. I did see a lot of regular sellers with hundreds of items in their closet and many love notes from buyers. Those are the closets to shop! 🥰 If the closet you were thinking of buying from is still up, let me know the closet name, minus the @ part so they don't get tagged to our comments. I will go flag it again and all the items. 😊

threads4living @monistylist Yeah, that account is a total scam. I found two other scam accounts with same shoes and photos! (Leniadiaz and robertevanert.) I noticed right away the zero responses to a poor buyer. She pleaded on two of the boot posts and also in the meet the posher messaging about her purchase. The seller hasn't been active since Oct 23rd. They opened the closet back in August with a random toy priced at $112! 😂

Multiple closets with Chrome hearts items and Bape hoodies and they use little girls in some of the postings. All glammed up with a bunch of makeup. Probably 10 year olds made to look 16.
