emagick Hi Rhonda! Congrats on all your sales!! I have a question that maybe you can help me with. I have sent 4 emails to support. Yesterday was my first day listing on Poshmark and I wasn’t expecting such activity. A person purchased boots I listed. I finally found the email in spam and clicked Execute the Sale. Then a screen popped up wanting my bank card numbers which I found strange and didn’t do that. I have sent Support the info. My user is @emagick. Thank you

legalrf @emagick Welcome to Poshmark! Give Support at least 24 hours - they will respond thru an email you provide. All sales take place within the Poshmark app. Only the shipping labels with sale notifications are sent thru email. The email with shipping label states, "we have processed their payment" It is not required for you to provide ANY of your own personal info for an individual sale. Read the FAQ section - it will help you understand the selling process. I wish you much success!

emagick Thank you so much for your response!! I’m just so excited to keep growing my business and this is frustrating!!! Our bank account now is locked due to trying to put my bank card in which I now have to take care of!! I knew something was awry because it didn’t make sense why they needed our bank card.
