moniquepsmith11 Hey Rhonda and thanks for the ratings. However, those rollers were brand new. I was testing them before sending to ensure excellent working conditions. Also, I videotape and take pictures of these orders encase of a problem. My hair must have fallen into the package during this process, but they are still brand new. If you are unhappy with your order, do not use. Please return, I will refund your money. I had five brand new ones. I sold two. If you decide to keep it, please change my ratings.

moniquepsmith11 If you look in my closet, I sold one before you and received five stars. Also, I have another one posted to sell and two more after that. All brand new. I videotape all of my items that I send out including the one send to you. Just encase of a problem with how the item looks and the working condition. I believe happy customers will return to my closet and buy more items. So if you are unhappy, please return. Monique
