alexabeauty3 @riasahossain17 I understand your frustration. As you can see from the listing pictures the highlighter was intact. It was also intact, as I checked the morning I shipped. This was broken in transit and truly not my fault. Always reach out to the seller for a resolution prior to rating. It means a lot to us that our ratings show customer satisfaction. I sent you 2 kitten highlighters today, hoping that both or at least 1 is intact. Thank you so much for shopping my closet, please stop by again.
