Hello! I wanted to touch base with you to let you know your package is delayed just a little. When I sent the shoes I put them in a flat rate shipping bag in error and yesterday the usps sent them back to me letting me know what I did wrong. I have them packed back up and they are back at the usps now heading back to you. the shoes should be at your door Wednesday.

What was the issue with cleanliness on the black converse? don’t misunderstand me, some people get upset because they aren’t getting something that is completely perfect and 100% pristine. To me those shoes were as close to new as possible. The black gum soles weren’t even scuffed that’s why I labeled them as EUC excellent used condition. . I ask because I want to improve overall with the end result from here on out. To me they still smelled like canvas. Thank you.

@salbarley hi the issue concerning the cleanliness of the converse was the fact that they had an almost musty or smokey smell all over the sneaker. Nothing that shouldn't be removed by a single washing, but disappointing.

@alyyek I’m really sorry about that. For some reason my sense of smell isn’t so good after being in the military so unless something smells really horrible I can’t tell. I just hope you can frebreze them to remove the smell and I know now even though the thing has I sell are clean I need to wash again to make sure they are fresh as possible. But thanks for the feedback.
