Hey, thanks for the purchase. I wanted to quickly touch bases with you about mens Gucci shoes. They are a size 9. They run one size to a size and a half larger, so I posted them as a size 10. They can go up to 10.5. Is that okay for you?

Getting ahead of this snafu! I accidentally sent you the wrong package with the wrong clothing item. Poshmark will open an investigation and I don’t know what their parameters are but hopefully we can get you the pants you ordered and get the person who ordered the sweater you got what they paid for. Many apologies in the meantime while we hash this thing out.

Hiiiii! So Poshmark resolved the issue. Basically as soon as you receive the item (a sweater) you should slap the new label on it and send it to the other customer. They’ve already relabeled yours and shipped it to you. You should be receiving your pants in the next few days. Sorry for the mishap; if you could get back to me to keep me in the loop for where you are in the process, that’d be perfect. Thanks!

What is the tracking number of the sweater so I send it back unopened and what is the tracking number of the pants sent to me so I don't send them back unopened (that would be hilarious lol). @204119 you should have received the new label via email I think (poshmark generates these). According to my shipping notification you should have received the linen pants today (tracking number was 9405510202061203261005). Would you confirm that you got those? Also, the sweater that’s on it’s way has been delayed by USPS (it’s currently in Pennsylvania). I’ll keep you updated on the whereabouts of this. Let me know if you haven’t received a shipping label going to Texas from Poshmark, though!
