mulesear Carhartt is known for their high quality clothing and maintain very high 1st quality standards. They will mark clothing “irregular” or “QS” (quality second) for the slightest imperfections. Because the garment is still very high quality, Carhartt will still release it to the market at a discounted price and clearly mark it “QS” or “irregular”. I often cannot find the imperfection but will call it out in my ad if I do. I'm confident Carhartt would never release any grossly flawed garment.
