adambmabe I just saw your 3-star rating on the Armani ring - it's so discouraging add. Did you read the description of the ring or look at the photos prior to ordering it? Not only did I specifically say in the description that it is scratched and that buffing would be required, the scratches are quite clearly represented in the photos. I pride myself on my 5-star ratings here, which only requires transparency; it was business as usual for me, so I don't know what I could have done differently here...

adambmabe The fact you label this issue "cleanliness" on top of it all...I mean, really? I don't take it lightly that you are dissatisfied, but again, with the item you received matching the very detailed listing, what more could I do? Please review the listing and consider editing your review. I would really rather you return the item than leave a 3 star review. Please let me know what I/we can do. Thanks!

adambmabe @richardgrotts I got that, and I appreciate your point of view. With that said, a rating such as yours sounds as though you were surprised, but the item you received matched it's listing. If this was a NWOT item that got to you and was worn, your rating would be appropriate. If you didn't realize it was as worn as it was, perhaps that's what you should say in your rating/comment, but your words make it seem like I did something shady or tried to get over on a buyer. See what I'm saying?
