Why did your rating say I could improve on item description, packaging, ship time, and cleanliness? I shipped it the next day, put it in a bag plus a box, and described them exactly with tons of pictures and measurements. I feel like the star was taken off for not accepting your ridiculously low offer.

I'm new to this process so I apologize if I marked something on the rating incorrectly. I actually this I was giving you a good rating. Thanks for calling my first offer ever on Poshmark...ridiculous. Maybe a little benefit of the doubt would be good. Again I apologize for any mistake I made. Is there a way I can correct this now?
