nejjen15 @rickidash Fact that after all my effort you’d punish my business because of something post office did is just MEAN. I worked so hard to get help with this shipment - even went to post office to try to assist. The bag was photographed - every inch - so you knew exactly what condition it was in. Why would you try to ruin a single mom’s business because post office is a wreck?!?! wow I’m really upset I can’t believe you would treat me this way.

rickidash @nejjen15 I realize you made a great egg but it arrived almost a month late and was rain soaked. I shouldn’t have to pay for a damaged item no matter whose fault it is. I didn’t know how to get someone’s attention to this. What can be done?

nejjen15 @rickidash if you don’t know how to handle, the answer isn’t trying to ruin someone’s business. The rating you gave was for ME. not for Poshmark. Did you go on and request a call or help? Did you try to call them yourself? did you google how to handle?? No you just destroyed my business. I would NEVER treat someone this way. Unbelievable.

nejjen15 @rickidash look at the page which has your purchases. scroll down until you find something that says problem/contact support (or something very close to that). It will bring up another screen and I’d scroll down to the last choice. They usually are VERY helpful
