ncwest Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Finn Comfort shoes from you. Initially everything looked great and I accepted the order on time. When I went to wear the shoes the other day the sole of the shoe completely came apart and they are unwearable. This was not apparent by just looking at them initially but they are completely unwearable. I have reached out to Poshmark but I wanted to see also if you would make this situation right by refunding my money. I can provide you with pictures. Thank you.

rickiejr @jacquer102 I haven't had to do shipping for a bigger item on poshmark yet, but i'm pretty sure you would pay the standard shipping cost and I would have to pay the difference for the more expensive label.
