ritzyposher Hi Riley, I wanted to contact you to see if your black jeans have arrived? I noticed the tracking info is not showing delivered. I was concerned because it's been a very long time (I shipped it out and it was scanned within 24 hours of your purchase). I contacted Canada Post and created a ticket to investigate where your package is. I'm so sorry it's taken this long. I was informed Covid restrictions are delaying Canada Post shipments. I will keep you posted on what they say. :)

ritzyposher @reyburger postal service has been absolutely horrible .... I’ve opened up a ticket to find out what happened as it’s showing it’s in transit ( you can see the status at www.canadapost.ca with the tracking number provided when you click shipped). I’ll keep on top of it and give them a call tomorrow as well. Sorry 😐 and hopefully it arrives super soon!

ritzyposher @reyburger CanadaPost still hasn't responded back to my open ticket about your package. Can you please contact Poshmark and see what they can do? It seems so not fair to us both. Your jeans were shipped out within 1 day of purchase and it's been almost a month of 'in transit'. I feel terrible you're waiting so long. Please contact Poshmark and let them know to see if they can do something. Hugs

ritzyposher @reyburger Hi... I just checked again and Canada Post is still showing it as 'in transit'... I have a feeling they must have lost it or something because it just doesn't make sense why it's been a month now and it still hasn't been delivered. PLEASE contact POSHMARK and let them know so they can do something. I've also sent them an email to see what can be done. It's ridiculous how long they are taking to deliver??

reyburger @urbanposher hi! I contacted Poshmark about two days ago, and they basically said all we can do is wait 😔 I was told that Canada Post is prioritizing Poshmark orders...but I beg to differ lol!

ritzyposher @reyburger I completely agree :) I've been writing to both poshmark and Canada Post on this ridiculously late delivery and finally today I received some news from Canada Post. I spoke with an agent who had informed me that your package has FINALLY arrived in Burnaby - so it's now heading towards your local depot for delivery. I asked if it would be delivered today and they said most likely in the next two days or so. They said because of COVID they are swamped and deliveries are late?

ritzyposher @reyburger good news!!! It’s finally delivered... I just received confirmation from Canada Post that it was delivered so check your mailbox (whew... I think I could have delivered it faster if I got on my bike and travelled across Canada) thank u for being so understanding !!!

ritzyposher @reyburger I am so relieved they didn’t lose it!! Poshmark is still showing your package half way across the country, lol. If you could accept it - it will show delivered. If there is anything you like in my closet... I will definitely give you a good discount ( and hopefully Canada Post will not take 5 weeks to arrive, lol) stay safe
