⬇️For the months of MAY & JUNE 100% of all proceeds from my closet will go toward helping those experiencing homelessness⬇️ 💛Every summer, I make 'Summer Essentials' kit's with the essential summer items + a few basic self-care items (see list below) 💛I sew cloth bags to hold the items & hand them out to those experiencing homelessness in my town 💛These simple items can make a BIG difference in someone's physical & mental health 💛Last year, I made 10 bags w/o funding; this year, my goal is to raise enough funds to make 50 bags! (1 bag = approx. 8$) There are many large SYSTEMIC factors that need to be addressed to help the homeless crisis in the U.S, & while I do what I can to advocate for & work towards that change, I also want to make sure I'm actively doing what I can to ease the struggle for those experiencing homelessness.
