lilgrapebot After looking into it a bit more, it looks like those shoes were shipped to a PO Box in your daughter Ashley's name... I would definitely check with your daughter and see if she picked them up, or better yet check with the post office- maybe they can confirm who indeed actually picked them up on May 13th! 📦📬Sorry for all the confusion!
