I don’t understand why you gave me a four star rating and said those things were wrong.. I ship out ASAP , IF post office is still open here and IF mail hasn’t come already run that day of the order. I can’t help if it takes extra time after that. I also send a thank you note with each and every order, a gift (I don’t have to but I do!) , and I neatly fold ( if it’s clothing ) and wrap is tissue paper. I don’t think what you said was right at all. I’m very upset about it.

@mama_of_8 She just did the same thing to me. Checked off every box! I also ship same day or next if the order comes in late. I wash everything. Seller responsiveness? She didn't ask me anything lol! The item was wrapped in tissue paper, ribbon and a thank you card and she checked off packaging. Sounds like she's checking off what was GREAT with our services. Maybe she's confused with the rating process. Don't worry about this one. Just block and move on. I am :)
