ksgmomof2 Hi-just wanted to follow up. I deleted the salt and pepper shaker listing. They were a wedding gift from 1990 from Marshall Field & Co. They had no etching on the bottom as you suggested they would. I find it hard to believe they are fake but want no appearance of impropriety. So I will be donating them to my local shelter. Thank you for your interest
