choctease21 @tocs6 i looked it up it says it had a delay in new York. Says i should get it tomorrow. I have now idea why it was delayed. But i appreciate u checking in on me about it 😊

tocs6 @choctease21 oh I didn't realize it was held up NY. I sent 4 packages out that day and yours was the only one delayed, makes no sense. Hopefully you get them tommorrow. Please let me know if they let you know why it was held up...just curious if it was something with packaging. Thanks for the update!

choctease21 @tocs6 so i recieved the box and it is heavily damaged. Im going to open now . I guess thats why it was delayed. Ita crushed and has water damage on the outside

tocs6 @choctease21 please take a picture of the box. I contacted the post office and they advised to take a pic of the damages box and of the item if damaged as well.

choctease21 @tocs6 the shoes have a little dent in the them and are kind of crushed to the side cause the way the box was crushed thats about it. I took pictures of it as soon as i seen it cause of course they wasnt gonna try to.cop to.it. they stamped it recieved damaged But i know its no way in hell they would have excepted the package looking the way it was looking

tocs6 @choctease21 The good news is I dropped off 4 packages that day and my receipt does not say damaged anywhere! I'm sorry this is happening. Let me know what you need me to do. I can contact PM tomorrow if needed and see what they say..

tocs6 @choctease21 hi! Please let me know if you decide to proceed with filing an insurance claim against the.post office. They will cover up to 50 bucks if the merchandise was damaged..and I'll file too! I'm always up for a good fight!😏
