rerem1 @alleycatseyes I thought I purchased new boots! They are not!! The bottoms are scratched up the heels have dirt in them and they smell musty not a leather smell! The boots have wrinkles and bends like they were worn. Do you want pictures? Poshmark support is offering $75 credit? I would like to return them for a refund! None of this is a lie, sorry the truth hurts!

rerem1 @alleycatseyes I wasn’t complaining about a box! The boots look as if they were worn . They do have creases on both shoes . All I wanted was a return . The reason I took so long was a family emergency out of state. As soon as I got home I opened the box. I’m sure you would be upset if you couldn’t return an item for a refund. Mist of my post is in reference to poshmark and you didn’t even respond when I asked to return!
