labmom05 @rgrahovec1003 I have an iPhone. For me, start with the the icon on the bottom right that looks like a group of people’s heads. That opens your account page. Scroll down about half way, at the “payment methods”. That should take you to wher you set up your credit card info.

rgrahovec1003 @labmom05 Yes I have run into several cases where people are asking to purchase my items directly from me and not through the app or they are asking me to email them to verify an item is still available. Can you explain why this is happening?

labmom05 @rgrahovec1003 I would not recommend emailing people directly. I think you are asking for trouble. People might be doing that to try and avoid paying shipping but I don’t recommend dealing with people in any way other than thru the Poshmark platform. Too many issues could happen.

rgrahovec1003 @labmom05 Hi, can you tell me how do I know if an item has been sold? What other financial setup requirements are there?

labmom05 @rgrahovec1003 If an item sells you get notified via email and thru the app. When something sells you get credited the money in your Poshmark account once the buyer receives and “accepts” the item. You can then use that money to buy stuff on Poshmark or have them send the money to an account you designate.

rgrahovec1003 @labmom05 Yes I have questions. I’ve had 5 women text me on Poshmark about my stuff asking me to confirm they are still available and sending me their email addresses asking me to send them a private email regarding their availability. I do that but I do not see anything in my sold section. Is there something wrong with my setup that they cannot see that the pieces are available? And why do I not show any sales?

labmom05 @rgrahovec1003 Poshmark is not set up to know if you have made sales outside of Poshmark. I would not recommend giving out any personal info like email, cell phone etc... Poshmark has everything you need to communicate and conduct your Poshmark business within Poshmark. There is no reason for a buyer to need any information other than what is available thru The Poshmark format. Thanks for reaching out and asking. Let me know if I can help any further.
