Hi I wanted to touch base about your delivery. Was something wrong? I've been having a lot of issues with the postal service lately. You wouldn't believe what they've done to some of my shipments. 🙄 I'm very sorry to hear you weren't 100% pleased with something.

@robbib5 oh cuz you gave me 4 stars and marked that improvement could be made on the packaging. I just always want my customers to be 5 star happy. lol So I just wanted to see if it was something on my part or the dang postal service. 😬

@robbib5 i can't tell you how many different shipments the postal service has either ruined, damaged, made late or LOST! And they don't care AT ALL!! Thank Heaven Poshmark is such an amazing company cuz they will usually eat the cost if it's the postal service's fault. It's costly to run a business on here but worth it cuz of how great Poshmark is.
