The pictures clearly represent this with pictures from all angles. You purchased a very expensive pair of shoes for $17. They were carefully wrapped in tissue and mailed in heavy stock box for protection. I’ve worked hard to earn five star reviews. I do not believe your review is accurate or fair.

I purchased them to wear upon receiving but I need to take them to the shoe repair to have the sole tips at the toes repaired.
