webuyballoons @rccampbell91 oShoot. I shipped you the wrong pair. I have two pairs of orange low Nike’s. And I was rushing that day - and never stopped to triple check. I just saw low orange nikes, and then shipped. 100% my mistake. Ok, so I just contacted Poshmark on this sale and informed them that I sent the WRONG item. My guess is that in three days they will inform me how to get these shoes back from you and send you the correct pair. Dude. I’m really sorry for this inconvenience.

rccampbell91 @webuyballoons since I accepted the package before getting a chance to open since I got it at work it looks like I don't have the option to do the way they say. I put in a ticket with poshmark to see what they can do. I am hoping to hear from them soon.

webuyballoons @rccampbell91 Right. Once you accept, Posh releases the payment. But since I just told them I sent wrong item and that matches your claim, too — and I’m hopeful this can be resolved through this platform. They are slow to get back to tickets (usually 3-4 days). Best case, they’ll send us each shipping labels (for me to send correct pair and you to return what I mistakenly sent). Sorry for this hassle. Can’t believe I didn’t catch this.

webuyballoons @rccampbell91 I’m happy to go that path. I don’t have the ability to do that as of now. When I hear from Posh, I’ll communicate that buyer wishes to cancel the order. But, yes, a refund seems only fair since I shipped wrong shoes.

webuyballoons @rccampbell91 I haven’t. They are usually very slow. I’d be shocked if we hear from them before Thursday. It’s a safe bet that Posh will let ya return/cancel the order because A. you didn’t receive the item you purchased and B. I will support your request to cancel the order.

But we have to wait on them I don’t have the power to move the funds back to you. Posh is the middle man. But they will return your money for sure. It will just probably take 3 days for them. I will update as soon as possible.
