Where I live we say “ my mistake, thank you for accepting the return “.... I did not have to accept the return , but we also subscribe to treating others the way you want to be treated. In this case I would have apologized for my error and thanked the seller for their time..

wilsonjames18 Hey Robert thanks for purchasing my Olukai’s. Before I ship them though I wanted to make sure you looked at all the photos and weren’t caught by surprise when you received them. They were brand new and I took them on a trip to the lake and they got hot and the glue melted in some areas.
