theecatsmeow70 @robert_chiusano wow 😟 after all that wearing me down to sell for dirt cheap and you give me 4 stars AND say my packaging could be better? I sealed the hat in plastic and used a brand new box and taped very securely. I made almost nothing but you seemed like you really wanted the hat and I love when people love something I’m selling so I have to you for nothing. Very hurtful that you would leave negative feedback. This effects people’s livings. 😔

theecatsmeow70 @robert_chiusano in addition I shipped it the very next day so I’m not sure why you listed 4 things I need to improve on. So sad. I take this very serious and try my best to be professional. Someone else is selling that almost same hat for $45 and I sold for $10 I have never received negative feedback before. Oh well.

theecatsmeow70 @robert_chiusano It's ok but it was the section of things to improve on, you listed 4 things that tell people I need to improve on and I just didn't think that was fair especially with the price you got the item for. But it's all cleared up and I appreciate the change. I do feel I handled it all with care as I do all my shipments :)
