@christina_bonk Hi Christina, Just a heads up, I received the phone but am having some issues with it. For one, there is no sound when using the phone- I've been playing with the settings, but have not been able to get it working yet. There is no video playback on the internet- specifically Youtube. Again, I've been playing with the settings but no luck yet. The phone gets hot- really, uncomfortably hot when charging, and even when trying to use the phone. Do you have any ideas?

@bobkur hello. Thanks for finally responding. I have video proof of the volume working and video play back. Those weren’t issues for me whatsoever. The phone never got hot either charging. It was my daily phone I just got a new one And thought I’d sell it only for some extra cash. I would have been totally fine keeping it. I’m sorry you seem to be having trouble working the phone. Maybe you can Google how to turn up the volume on the side of the phone.(Part 1)

Wow, I received this phone last night, not days ago, and so far, I am not satisfied with it, as you stated in one of your messages. The "phone" part of this item has no dial tone, nor volume. As far as I can tell it is not dialing out. I am aware of the function of the volume switch, thank you. The phone gets really hot during both use and charging, I am not making that up. I will release the funds when I am satisfied that I got what I paid for and will not be bullied into paying you prematurely

I'm sure that your reputation speaks for itself and I wouldn't have purchased this phone from you had it been otherwise. On the other hand, I wouldn't have purchased this phone had I known about these issues beforehand. It was very nicely packaged when and I'm sure that your video shows that,. but I don't think that these issues have anything to do with packaging.

@christina_bonk Hi! I'm Bob's wife. This is in no way a scam. You are pressuring him to accept an item that he gets three days to inspect. He came to you to voice his concerns and you automatically assumed he was laying. The phone gets hot. Very hot. I don't know what is going on with the other issues, but I will also take a look at it, and record our observations. He wants this phone to work, that's why he purchased it and that's also why he posted his concerns and questions here.

The offer I made was what I shared with Lorraine was to reduce the cami, racer back tank by the cost of the shipping + a few extra $, and if she wanted the white sleep dress I would reduce to $60 ($63 was break even).
