jujubaggins Hi Robert, I am new to purchasing items from Poshmark, I purchased a size 9 girls boots and recived a size 8. She already has the 8 and outgrew them, she loves them so much I looked everywhere for the 9. How can I send them back and exchange them for the 9? And if you don't have a 9 as shown online then how can I get a refund?

restes170 @jujubaggins hello I’m pretty sure we sent a 9. We only had that pair. I am not sure how to return, but I’m sure it be easier to just resale.
